Limits of this tool
What this does not do. It does not see your plant, your milk or your records, and it cannot rank causes by how often they occur in your operation. It is built on published dairy science and on defect causes described in dairy technology texts, so every branch ends in a check you make or a measurement you take, never a dose to add. Levels quoted in research describe the conditions of that study, not your product. Nothing here is food safety advice: suspected spoilage, pathogens or anything affecting safety belongs with your quality team and the applicable regulations, not with a web page.
